This is the first pass through the Glass Beader. The parts have not yet been disassembled. Imperfections have come to light and a second set of pictures are sent to the customer. Click the picture for details and to see a typical set of imperfections that come to light once the parts have been glass beaded

The ball joints and bushings have been removed from the control arms. An repairs requested/needed have been made. The control arms are now ready for the second trip to the glass beader.
Now there is a division here, Most arms go the Powder Coat route. I still do paint also which is below.

Parts have been through the glass beader a second time. They have been reinspected for missed spots and/or imperfections. The customer's parts have been installed and taped off so no damage occurs to the paint after wards. Parts are now ready for three coats of DuPont 4904S Ultra Productive Primer. This Primer is part of the DuPont ChromaSystem products. Definitely not spray can paint!!!

Parts now have three coats of of DuPont 4904S Ultra Productive Primer. Another set of pictures are taken detailing condition and sent to the customer. Take a look and you will see how piped parts come out. This will help you be and educated person when it comes time to make a decision based on the condition of your arms.

The parts now have three coats of DuPont ChromaBase 99K Black Base and two coats of Clear  ChromaClear HC-7600S.

Control arms are ready for shipping. Still have the Spindles, Steering Knuckles, and Caliper Brackets to do.

Now for the Spindles, Steering Knuckles, Caliper mounting brackets, and dust shields. This will be a condensed version of the above steps as they are the same. Click the picture for more details.

This order is done. Is yours next? I would be happy to  refinish your parts. Powder coat, Paint, Glossy, Correct semi gloss. Your parts or mine. Send me an e-mail, give me a call and lets discuss it.
