This view is from standing in the middle of
the frame looking towards the rear of the vehicle. The frame braces
run from the Upper Control arm frame mount to the lower control arm
frame mount.
This view is looking at the left (driver's
side) brace. From the middle of the chassis.
This view is looking at the left (driver's
side) brace. Looking directly down at it, you can see the front part
of the lower control arm with the emergency brake cable on top of
the control arm.

mounting points of the left brace close up.
