The rubber roof is a bone of contention on
this Motor Home. The seller specifically stated in his ad that this
MH had a fiberglass roof. I discovered the lie before purchase, but
I had traveled 3,000 miles based on his lies and now it is time to
fix and repair. At the same time I will have Caledonia RV replace
the aging TV antenna with a digital compatible working one, and get
the roof resealed |

As with just about any job it is all in the
preparation . Here we see the old calking coming off |

Loose rivets have been discovered along the
drivers side just as I found on the passenger side when the awning
almost fell off |

New TV antenna, an now it is installed |

Part of the process was to remove the
front overhead console to gain access to the mounting of the TV
antenna, and rout the wires. No problems were found and I'm glad to
say no leaks were found |

Every good job always ends with a broom.
