This is my justification of charging $15.00
extra per pair of control arms to install Polyurethane Bushings. |

This is a set of Polyurethane Bushings as they
come out of the package. The little red tube is the white STICKY
grease included in the package of the Polyurethane Bushings. |

The first step is to disassemble the bushings
and sleeves |
This is the grease. It is extremely sticky and
gets on everything. Clean up can only be done with thinner. It gets
on the tools, the workbench, everywhere. |
The grease has been applied to all the
sleeves, bushings and center secetions |
In my opinion Polyurethane Bushings should not
be used unless you really need them (road racing). I do not care
what people say in the long run they are more trouble then they are
worth. Even if you dissemble them grease them they will eventually
squeak, and the ride they provide is harsh.
Here they have been greased and reassembled.
Now they have to be cleaned up. The only thing I have found that
cuts this grease is thinner. |

All cleaned up and ready to be installed |
